I am writing my personal experience with a very big giant cab service provider uber which has taught me a very big ethical and customer centric business model. Story begins:- I took uber cab from delhi to ghaziabad few days back. As soon as i reached sahibabad i realised that the path shown by GPS has lot of water logging and may not good for the health of vehicle as well as for us. I asked driver to change the route and he agreed to do so and when i reached my destination i realised i have been charged 100 rupees extra. I immediately tried to complain using uber app but was not successful in doing so. I posted on twitter about the incident and quickly got reply from uber as well as from uber haters. Uber asked me to provide my contact details on private message. At prima facie, I got a reply from their side that due to some hidden charges like toll and etc you have been charged more and we are sorry for that and we cannot do a thing about it.
